The human experience can be overwhelming.
We all have experienced trauma - whether emotional, mental, physical, relational, or spiritual. We can find healing & our way forward in the safe space of a therapeutic relationship as we learn more about ourselves through genuine, non-judgmental curiosity & compassion.
I provide a holistic, integrative approach tailored to your individual needs that can include Somatic work, the Existential & Attachment lenses, Ecotherapy, as well as traditional modalities & our good ol’ friends, humor & play.
Learning how to be safely in our body (embodied) with all our different parts, experiences, memories, feelings, & thoughts can be life-changing.

Please be aware that Rivers & Roads Counseling PLLC is a low-acuity model. It may not be able to serve the needs of those requiring a higher level of care, case management, more intensive services, or after-hours access. Additionally, no urgent, after-hours, legal or emergency services are available.
Fees
Somatic Experiencing® is a theory that trauma is stored in the body. When our emotional, mental, or physical survival is threatened, & we are unable to fight or escape this threat, we become stuck in the freeze state - and unresolved, stored trauma is the result.
Learning to safely process trauma within the body allows us to discharge this traumatic energy & become "unstuck."
